Quick Repair Service Points

Currently TeleMax operates 33 Quick Repair Service points (QRS points) in Hungary which provide quick, local repair (Level 1, Level 2 repairs) for the customer. The QRS points are all fully equipped according to the requirements and standards of the manufacturers. They also have access to the IT surfaces of TeleMax, so that all information regarding the repair is available.

TeleMax provides the QRS points with the following support: education, trainings, spare part management, IT support.

Logistics

Telemax provides complete after-sales logistic solution with integrated mobile tracking software for Network operators and distributors in Hungary and Slovakia.

Pre-Sales activities

Special pre-sales activities are provided by Telemax. Sometimes the new mobiles from the factory arrive with not the appropriate conditions to the network operators or to distributors. In this case Telemax can offer the following activities for bulk quantities: software/dashboard upgrade, country profile changing, making/printing warranty cards, re-packing.

Network Management

Telemax manages 33 subcontractor local service points in Hungary. Local service points can provide quick repairs for Customers. Telemax provides trainings, spare parts, logistics, web-based reporting solution and technical support for the local service points.
